shall not engage in any conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, or any such action that may discredit my character, morality, integrity, or that of my designation. |

shall maintain complete confidentiality in all areas pertaining to my clients. I shall never discuss my clients with anyone. |

shall not render investment, insurance, legal, or tax advice unless I am properly trained and or licensed to do so. |

shall not manage, hold in trust, or maintain any of my client's funds unless licensed to do. |
|
shall always act in the best interests of my clients. There shall never be a conflict of interest pertaining to the professional and ethical representation of my client. I will always endeavor to be fair and reasonable with my client. I shall serve them in a timely and accountable manner. |
|
shall maintain active and open communication with my clients. I shall provide my clients with my current address and telephone number whenever requested. |
|
shall clearly disclose, in writing to my client my entire fee for service and the services that I shall render for this fee. |
|
shall maintain my required continuing education credits. |
|
shall not represent any client who promotes, participates in or supports any movement relating to any for of tax protest or illegal activities. |
|
shall not support, promote or condone any activity that is designed to evade the laws of any governmental agency or nation. |
|
shall not retain any client records beyond my period of representation. All my records shall be returned to my client at the time of their request or upon termination of the servicing agreement. |
|
shall promote my designation with dignity. I shall never obtain a client through false, misleading or dishonest means. I shall maintain only the highest standards within my designation. |
